What we delete

• Meta app-scoped user IDs stored with connected account metadata.
• Facebook Page IDs, Page names, Instagram Business account IDs, usernames, handles, scopes, token health, and connection metadata tied to your BrandFlow workspace.
• Encrypted Meta access tokens and refresh material stored for the connected account.
• Queued or draft social content that is tied only to the deleted account is flagged for deletion review so the workspace owner can confirm whether to remove or preserve the content history.

How to request deletion

• Email urbanminimal@urbmini.com from the email address associated with your BrandFlow AI workspace.
• Use the subject line BrandFlow Data Deletion.
• Include the workspace name, connected Facebook Page or Instagram handle, and whether you want only Meta-connected data deleted or the full BrandFlow workspace account deleted.
• If you are using Facebook or Instagram, you can also revoke access from Meta account settings under Apps and Websites. After revocation, email us so we can remove matching BrandFlow records.

Timing

We acknowledge deletion requests as soon as practical and aim to complete verified deletion or anonymization within 30 days.

If we need more information to verify the workspace or connected account, the 30-day period starts after we receive enough information to identify the relevant records.

What may be retained

We may retain limited records when required or reasonably needed for billing, tax, security, fraud prevention, abuse investigation, legal compliance, backups, or dispute resolution. Retained records are minimized and are not used for new content operations.

Confirmation

When Meta sends an automated deletion request, BrandFlow AI returns a confirmation code and this page as the status URL. Add ?confirmation=YOUR_CODE to this page URL to check the recorded request status.

When deletion is complete, we will send a confirmation email when we have a verified contact address for the requester.
