These terms govern use of BrandFlow AI by Urban Minimal for approved brand teams, private beta customers, and collaborators.
BrandFlow AI is available to approved Urban Minimal team members, clients, and invited collaborators. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity performed through your workspace.
You may use BrandFlow AI only for lawful business content operations and only for brands, channels, and connected accounts you are authorized to manage.
BrandFlow AI helps teams prepare, review, schedule, and publish social content through workspace controls.
Only use BrandFlow AI for brands, channels, campaign materials, and connected accounts you are authorized to manage.
When you connect Meta, Facebook, Instagram, or another social platform, you authorize BrandFlow AI to use the granted permissions for the workspace actions you request, such as account discovery, content preparation, scheduling, analytics, and publishing when enabled.
You must not connect accounts you do not control, collect data without proper rights, or use BrandFlow AI to spam, impersonate others, evade platform rules, or post prohibited content.
AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a specific audience or jurisdiction. You own or are responsible for the content you provide, approve, export, schedule, or publish through the platform.
BrandFlow AI may store prompts, drafts, feedback, versions, approval events, and audit logs so the team can review how content changed before approval.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe when paid subscriptions are enabled. Plan limits may apply to brands, seats, connected accounts, AI generation, scheduling, and publishing.
During private beta and test-mode billing, charges, limits, and subscription behavior may be adjusted before broad public availability.
We may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account, workspace, or connected channel presents a security, legal, billing, abuse, or platform compliance risk.
You may request deletion of your BrandFlow AI account data or Meta-connected data by following the Data Deletion instructions linked below.
